They are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join their contract logistics team in Pluak Dang, Rayong to manage one of their key clients. Responsibilities:Overseeing and monitoring of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiencyOrganizing warehouse, categorizing goods, planning routes, and processing shipmentsTackling and resolving any issues or complaints that may ariseSupervising, coaching, and training the warehouse workforceKeeping track of the cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeline targetsWorking in conformity with laws, regulations, and policiesOverseeing the movement, storage, and distribution of goods or materialsResolving delivery inconsistencies or delayDeveloping an environment that fosters open and positive team communication by setting expectations, and communicating the company’s goals or objectivesTaking care of inquiries or compliance issues related to shipping or transportation mattersEnsuring that shipping documents are well kept, updated, and in compliance. Examples include cost statement, health certificates, permits, etc.Working in relation to production departments, quality assurance, and supply chain analysts in the organizationExamining, identifying, planning and managing special logistics and warehousing processes or operations which involves ensuring that accurate and complete accounting, reporting, and internal control systems are functioning and that all relevant records are accurately maintained.Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycleLiaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumersKeep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiencyArrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipmentsResolve any arising problems or complaintsSupervise, coach and train warehouse workforceMeet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targetsMaintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvementsComply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements Qualifications:Candidate must be possess minimum Bachelor degree or higherAt lease 5 years of experience managing warehousr and transportationCIM Prolag WMS, CargowiseOne WMS, Microsoft Office including VBAExcellent command of EnglishKnowledge of mathematics and statisticsResilient and patient
