Airfreight - Business Development Associate

Our client provides emergency logistics and "next flight out" services and is rapidly expanding operations in Thailand. We are looking for a Business Development Associate who is enthusiastic, quick-thinking, and customer-service oriented to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication and problem-solving skills, solid customer service or business development experience, and a dynamic "can-do" attitude. Previous logistics experience would be a major plus, but the main focus is on attitude, English communication, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities;

• Develop relationships with existing and potential customers
• Send customer quotes via email and quoting platforms
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Process customer orders and routings
• Align and collaborate with the sales team, and other relevant departments
• Track customer orders and shipments

Requirements;

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience handling air forwarding operations with a focus on critical logistics preferred; customer service experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of freight operation process and monitoring flights
• Excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English
• Well versed in Microsoft Office 365 Suite
