AP & Banking Supervisor

Our client is a leading supplier in their field, known for quality, reliability, and customer-first service. As they continue to scale operations and target leadership in their sector, they are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable and Banking Supervisor to support this growth.

The position combines end-to-end AP responsibilities with banking and treasury support, offering a broad scope and high visibility within the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage all AP functions including vendor payments, invoice matching (PO-GR-Invoice), and expense tracking.
• Handle local and international payments (~100–200 transactions/month), working with multiple currencies (THB, USD, EUR).
• Coordinate monthly activities on Company’s system and reconcile for intercompany payments.
• Prepare VAT, WHT, and pending purchase VAT reports; support monthly accruals and cost allocation.
• Generate weekly and monthly cash flow reports, and lead the preparation of bank reconciliations for audits.
• Liaise with auditors and Revenue Department officers regularly; provide timely, accurate financial information to HQ and management.
• Collaborate closely with Procurement, Treasury, and Group Finance teams, ensuring alignment and timely reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 10 years of accounting experience, with solid exposure to AP and Banking
• Proficient in SAP B1 and Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in cross-functional and international settings
• Experience in multinational finance environments is a plus
