QA Manager

Our client is a well-established American multinational manufacturer with a strong presence across Asia, is seeking a QA Manager to lead the plant’s quality strategy, ensuring robust systems and continuous improvement initiatives. This role will manage a team of QA/QC professionals, drive compliance with international standards, and foster a culture of quality across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the plant’s quality systems, environmental compliance, and process controls.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen principles.
• Serve as QMR for ISO systems, including audits, documentation, and customer feedback
• Collaborate with the leadership team on strategic quality initiatives and reporting.
• Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and performance excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science; specialisation in Materials or Chemical disciplines is a plus.
• 7–10 years’ experience in quality management within a multinational manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SPC, and other quality standards.
• Proven track record in implementing process improvements and managing audits.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical analysis tools.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; capable of working in a diverse, global team environment.
