Safety health and environment Specialist

Our client is a leading company in the global agriculture sector, recognized for pioneering new technologies and practices that drive efficiency and sustainability in farming based in Suphanburi. They are currently seeking for the Safety Specialist (12 Contract renewable every year). This position ensures a safe workplace by overseeing policies, identifying hazards, and ensuring compliance with regulations.  The position is based in Bang Bua Thong, Nonthaburi. The ideal candidate is a motivated professional who combines technical expertise in occupational health and safety with a passion for fostering a culture of safety. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA and other safety regulations while staying updated on relevant laws.
• Organize safety training, guide PPE use, and educate employees on emergency procedures.
• Investigate accidents, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and enforce safety policies, create response plans, and conduct emergency drills.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE, track safety metrics, and prepare reports.
• Work across departments to address safety concerns and clearly communicate procedures

Qualifications:

• Certified Professional in Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S)
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in safety, health, and environmental (SHE) management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Good command of English
• Deep understanding of occupational safety, health, and environmental laws and regulations in Thailand
